Celebrate Valentine’s Week at the Copper Grouse Restaurant & Bar

February 15 @ 5:00pm-February 18 @ 8:30pm

Copper Grouse’s Executive Chef Nicolas Houlbert will offer the following dinner specials during the week of Valentine’s Day, available on Thursday, February 15th through Sunday, February 18th only. All dinner specials are priced a la carte.

Appetizers, choice of:

– Maryland crab cakes deuces

kumquats confit, baby spinach and kale salad, mixed heirloom radishes

– Lobster bisque, confit shallots and cloth deglazed bourbon, croutons

Entrees, choice of:

– Braised black Angus flat iron, truffle sauce, potato mille-feuille gratin

– Seared halibut, butter citrus saffron sauce, wild rice and kimchi

Desserts, choice of:

– Chocolate mousse & vanilla whipped cream

– Choux Chantilly, raspberry coulis
