Today, the Works has eight cafés throughout New England and still operates on its founding principles: Good food for great people and a better planet. Today, The Works Café still reflects the early idealism of its founders. The company continues to run on the principal of the triple bottom line—people, planet, profit.

A visit to Al Ducci’s on Depot Street recalls neighborhood markets of days gone by. Cases are filled with authentic, made from scratch Italian foods. We’re talking salads, pasta, cured meats and gourmet cheeses, freshly baked semolina, ciabatta, and more! Welcome to Zoey’s! We are a family owned and operated restaurant, opened in August 1991 in the heart of beautiful Manchester, Vermont. The opening concept was incredibly simple: prepare our food with the finest ingredients available, and we do. We are proud to say we make our own cookies and bread and offer absolutely the most delicious soup and custom made sandwiches anywhere, all here in our open kitchen.

We are also known for our bright and cheerful, eclectic décor featuring roosters, fire hydrants, clocks, and a rotating array of ever-interesting items.

Zoey’s is a favorite among locals and tourists alike. Many visitors to town tell us they make sure to return to Zoey’s year after year. We have seating in the restaurant and a small outdoor patio when the weather is nice. Or you can pick up an order to go. We hope to see you soon!
