Their Story:

Although she closed the restaurant, she never lost her deep hearted passion for cooking but she knew there had to be a way to have a better work life balance., A way to spend the quality time with her family and friends and to fulfill her passion to create delicious food.
The word spread that Chef Amy was buying a converted Airstream and embarking on a “food-truck” offering in Manchester. . A long-time friend and Chef himself, Gary Walker called her to suggest a partnership. Gary Walker wanted back in to the culinary world after from his 10-year Chef stint at the Barrow’s House Inn and Restaurant. A partnership was born.
