Celebrate Easter Sunday at Copper Grouse Restaurant & Bar at Kimpton Taconic Hotel

Join us at Copper Grouse Restaurant & Bar on Easter Sunday, March 31st, where a holiday brunch will be served from 8:00am-2:00pm and dinner will be served from 5:00pm-8:30pm. Executive Chef Nicolas Houlbert’s Easter specials will include:

Caramelized Maple Ham
Served with Cranberry sauce, Haricots verts (French green beans) and Gratin dauphinois (potatoes au gratin)

Dark Chocolate Tart
Topped with Champagne, vanilla whipped cream and Bourbon salted caramel sauce
