Copper Grouse Restaurant & Bar is featuring a ¡Spice Up Your Life! margarita to commemorate Cinco de Mayo.

Made with Jalapeño infused Espolon tequila, orange infused Cointreau and fresh lime juice, this margarita is meant to do what its namesake intended on May 5th.

Patrick Cote-Abel, mixologist at the Copper Grouse Restaurant and Bar, says “here in Vermont, especially at this time of year, we need this spicy boost of tropical paradise in a glass.”

He adds: “Our ¡Spice Up Your Life! margarita brings the heat and then some with Jalapeño infused Espolon tequila and then we add fresh orange and lime flavors to give the cocktail an island feel. Of course, we garnish the cocktail with fresh fruit and an umbrella for fun. This is how we look forward to the start of the summer season here at the Copper Grouse.”

The ¡Spice Up Your Life! margarita will be offered on May 5th at Copper Grouse Restaurant & Bar at Kimpton Taconic Hotel.
