The Manchester Community Library and The Mountain Goat welcome Martin Pazzani, author of the book Get Outside, Secrets of Aging Well. Martin is a “fitness executive and mountaineer” who has hiked and climbed on all seven continents. He will share stories of his trekking and climbing adventures while he makes the case for hiking up in the hills as the key to a longer, happier, and healthier life. Copies of his book will be available for purchase.

Doors open at 5:30. A $5 donation is requested to benefit the Green Mountain Club. Refreshments and raffle tickets for all attendees.
