On Halloween day, Manchester Elementary Middle School will be having their traditional Ragamuffin Parade. For those who are new to our community, the Ragamuffin Parade is an event where students and teachers from MEMS march up and down Main Street in Manchester. Shop owners, parents and dedicated community members hand out candy to all of our students and come together to cheer everyone on. This annual event is one of the most beloved Halloween traditions in our community- with many locals reminiscing on the years when their own children (or even they, themselves!) marched along that same route. The students will depart from MEMS at approximately 2pm.

Please note that during the parade, MPD will close Main Street from School Street to the Roundabout to keep everyone safe.
