Express yourself by participating in Musical Paintbrushes: Let Your Creativity Be Inspired by Live Music, on Saturday, January 14th, from 11am – 12pm at Manchester Community Library. Violinist Joana Genova of Taconic Music will perform short selections from different genres and, with the guidance of art educator/artist Carol Berry, the participants will create paintings to represent what they feel, inspired by the music. No painting skills necessary, just a willingness to experiment with brush and paints to give a visual expression of the sounds you hear. Space is limited so please reserve your spot early. This workshop is perfect for artists and art lovers ages 7+.
