The Annual Mt. Equinox Hill Climb takes place Sat. 08/12 & Sun. 08/13. Sponsored by the Vintage Sports Car Club of America spectators are welcome to come and view the vintage race cars on both days. The Mount Equinox Hill Climb was first run in May 1950 and is the longest continuously run paved automotive hill climb in the United States. The event is limited to vintage racer, cars mostly built prior to 1960. The race begins at the Equinox’s Skyline Drive base lodge on Vermont Rt. 7, just a few miles south of Manchester.
