My family, and especially my girls, love getting together at the Town Green to hang out with other families and enjoy some great local takeout while listening to live music,” said Andy Reed, Associate Broker. “Four Seasons Sotheby’s International Realty is very happy that we can be a part of this for the whole Southern Vermont community to enjoy.”
Four Seasons Sotheby’s International Realty Concerts On The Green starts on July 7 with Moose Crossing and ends on August 11 with Sammy Blachette. The full schedule of the six free concerts is as follows:
Moose Crossing: July 7
Muddy Hollow: July 14
Deena Chappel Trio: July 21
Mowgli’s Satyrdagg: July 28
Rick Reddington and the Luv: August 4

“The Town is really excited to host the concert series on the Factory Point Town Green. We’re very grateful to Sotheby’s Four Seasons for their sponsorship of this important community event. The concerts attract a large number of local residents and visitors to downtown Manchester,” said John O’Keefe, Town Manager.
Thanks to the generous sponsorship of Four Seasons Sotheby’s International Realty the concerts are free and open to the public. The Factory Point Town Green is located in scenic downtown Manchester, Vermont on Depot Street (Rt. 11/30), just west of the intersection with Main Street (Route 7A). Attendees are reminded to bring a lawn chair or blanket. There is no smoking on the Town Green, and dogs must be leashed at all times.
Other popular summer events include the 4th of July fireworks at the Dana L. Thompson Memorial Park on July 4 at 9:30PM, as well as two StreetFests on the evenings of July 30 and August 27 on historic Main Street.
