To reflect on the 20th anniversary of 9/11, Chaplain (Colonel) Brett Charsky will discuss the Vermont National Guard’s courageous service in Afghanistan and Iraq over the last twenty years – to keep the world safer. Chaplain Charsky served on missions in these countries and, to this end, his presentation will be based on Chaplain Charsky’s first hand insight.
