Executive Chef Timothy Cocheo, a graduate from the French Culinary Institute in New York City, brings with him a passion for creating handmade pasta and a love for incorporating locally grown foods. A father of four and a husband to wife Taryn Cocheo, he will wow you with his delicious and visually artful dishes.
