We offer two homes, that we designed exclusively for vacation rentals, with fully equipped kitchens right down to an ice cream scoop. Homes have empty closets and dressers with no clutter, as we do not live in either of these homes.  

Manchester Sanctuary 1, completed in December 2012, is a beautiful 2,600 sq ft home with 180 degrees views of the mountains and valley. Located just 2 miles from downtown Manchester, it’s nestled on 3.8 private, open rolling acres. With 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, this home is perfect for vacationing families or friends who are looking to enjoy time together without giving up the peace of secluded quarters. The house is ADA accessible with an access ramp and accessible bathroom, which includes zero-threshold tile shower and an accessible-height toilet and sink. Each floor of this magnificent home has a full suite with ensuite bathrooms and sitting areas. The large kitchen, living, and outdoors offer plenty of space for the whole group to eat, play, and enjoy. The lower-level family room features a foosball table, a sleeper sofa, and TV.

Manchester Sanctuary II, completed in 2015, is a magnificent 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, 3,360 square foot home.  Also located just 2 miles from downtown Manchester it sits on 2 beautiful, private acres. Perfect for the gathering of large family or a group of friends. The main level offers a wheelchair access ramp, primary bedroom, with ensuite accessible bathroom which includes a zero-threshold shower, accessible height, toilet, and sink. This level also includes a second bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom. All other bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms. The open floor plan makes gatherings easy and comfortable and the fully equipped kitchen makes cooking for everyone a joy. The lower-level family room has a foosball & air hockey table, plus a Wii, and a Bose surround-sound system. Enjoy the wrap-around deck and take in the fantastic mountain and valley views.

Rental rates include all utilities, electric, heat via mini-split or baseboard, A/C via heat pump, mowing, plowing, trash & recycling removal.  We supply firewood for the outdoor fireplaces, and propane for cooking and indoor fireplaces. All linens, towels, starter toilet paper, paper towels, and soaps, shampoo & conditioners are provided for your use during your stay.
