Our Mission is to create delicious and sustainable spirits with a sense of place that delight the senses and foster connection.
We do this by working with local farmers using practices that build healthy soil and hand craft their grains into exceptional whiskey, gin, and other delightful spirits at the country’s first climate neutral certified distillery located in Middlebury, Vermont.
