What is Yoga Nidra?
This therapeutic yoga practice brings the mind into a suspended healing state. While resting in a comfortable reclining position, your are verbally guided on a journey through the multidimensional layers of your being. This connection within offers deep relaxation and nourishment of body, mind, and spirit. All you need to do is lie back, close your eyes, and listen to my voice.
