If you’re looking for a writing prompt, perhaps consider the horse. What do you think of when you think of the horse? Are you a horse person? Other than driving by a pasture-full on your way to somewhere else, do you have any personal experience with the creature(s)? Tell a tale about the horse, real or imagined.
Also, one of our LB poets would like to share with the group that Amy Hempel will be reading from her new book of short stories at Northsire Bookstore in Manchester, Friday, Jan. 10, 6:00PM.
