Holiday Tree Lighting Festivities – Manchester, VT

November 29 @ 5:00pm-6:00pm
FREE

The Manchester Business Association, in partnership with the Town of Manchester, the Manchester Fire Department, and the Manchester Police Department, is delighted to announce the community’s annual Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony, taking place Saturday, November 29 at 5:00 PM at Factory Point Green in the heart of Manchester.

This cherished tradition marks the joyful start of the holiday season, welcoming families, neighbors, and visitors for an evening filled with sparkling lights, festive music, and warm community spirit. To enhance the magic of the night, the Four Corner Carolers, dressed in charming period attire, will stroll Factory Point Green performing classic holiday tunes, adding a nostalgic and heartwarming touch to the festivities.

This year’s celebration is made possible through the generous support of our Holiday Decoration Sponsors, Zen Revolution and Union Underground, whose commitment to the community keeps this beloved tradition shining bright. We also extend heartfelt appreciation to our Holiday Tree Sponsors—Equinox Valley Nursery and Rising Sun Maintenance—for their partnership and support throughout the season.

After the tree is illuminated, guests are invited to an after-reception at the Manchester Visitor Center at 74 Depot Street. Attendees can enjoy a warm, festive gathering featuring light bites and refreshments generously provided by local restaurants and organizations, including Mystico, Amy Cooks, The Crooked Ram, The Equinox Golf Resort & Spa, Depot 62 Café, Barrows House, Mother Myrick’s Confectionery, North Shire Lodge and the Manchester Lions Club.

And don’t forget to keep an eye out—a special visitor from the North Pole may make a surprise appearance!

This is a FREE event for all ages.
