Toni Kessler of West River Seeds in Townsend, VT will discuss planning a garden to Save Seeds. We will learn of the geopolitical importance of using local seeds. She will bring seed samples and hopes to do a threshing demonstration.

West River Seeds is focused on adapting vegetables, herbs, and cut-flowers to the climate of the West River Watershed, located in Southern Vermont.
