Take Your Child to the Library – Family Fun Day

Shake off your winter blues and warm up at MCL for Take Your Child to the Library Day! The annual Family Fun Day will have programming for all ages, including live music by Long Trail School student band Maple Road, lunches for purchase by Manchester’s own Sushi Boat and Willoughby’s Depot Eatery, an outdoor winter animal tracking activity led by Merck Forest & Farmland Center, Fantastic Snowflake crafts with local artist Kim Ray, and more. We look forward to seeing you at the Library!

Schedule of events:

10 am Winning bookmark reveal from the Love Your Library Bookmark Contest!
10:30 am Special Guest Story Time
11 am – 2 pm Lunch for Purchase by Ralph Liu’s Sushi Boat and Willoughby’s Depot Eatery in the MCL Café
11 am – 12:30 pm Live Music by Long Trail School Student Band Maple Road
12 – 1 pm Outdoor Snow Fun
1 – 2 pm Fire Pit & S’Mores
1 – 2 pm Fantastic Snowflakes with Kim Ray
2 – 3:30 pm Winter Animal Tracking with Merck Forest & Farmland Center
All Day Activities: Library Scavenger Hunts, Button Making, Paper Snowflakes
