Join us at the Copper Grouse Restaurant and Bar for our “Thursday’s Supper Series”
Gather with friends and family to enjoy a two-course or three-course supper curated by Chef Nicolas Houlbert, highlighting the season’s freshest ingredients & best local farmers and growers. And for our local friends who are Eating Local and Supporting Local, as a way to show our appreciation, please enjoy a complimentary pitcher of freshly squeezed lemonade and one family-style side for the table with your supper. Reservations are recommended

Three-course supper (appetizer, entree & dessert), $45.00 per person.
