Unwind, relax, and let go. Slow Flow Yoga Nidra is a practice designed to help you find your true rest. This therapeutic yoga practice brings the mind into a suspended healing state. While resting in a comfortable reclining position, you are verbally guided on a journey through the multidimensional layers of your being. This connection within offers deep relaxation and nourishment of the body, mind, and spirit. All you need to do is lie back, close your eyes, and listen to my voice. We begin with soothing, gentle movement and then descend into stillness. All levels of experience, all bodies, all people are welcome. Please bring your own mat, pillow and blanket.
