Every day throughout the summer (6/14 – 9/3), the Copper Grouse Restaurant & Bar at Kimpton Taconic Hotel welcomes summer with a new Lemonade Stand to benefit the Manchester Farmers Market.

Copper Grouse’s new Lemonade Stand will run all summer long, weather dependent. The Lemonade Stand takes over the hotel’s terrace, overlooking the Green (with lots of outdoor games) and surrounded by the mountains, and features a selection of freshly squeezed lemonades and limeades, both zero-proof and spiked. Because as everyone knows, when life gives you lemons, you can easily make lemonade. But try and find somebody whose life has given them vodka, gin or rum as well, and then have a party!

The Copper Grouse’s Lemonade Stand’s beverage menu includes:

Classic Zero-Proof Refreshers
Classic Lemonade, Strawberry Basil Lemonade, Blackberry Lemonade, Classic Limeade, Roasted Poblano Limeade, and Lavender Limeade

Keeping it local and fresh! A portion of proceeds from the sale of all Copper Grouse Lemonade Stand beverages will be donated to the Manchester Farmers Market. Since the Market receives no federal or state funding, and is funded only partially by vendor stall fees, the organization relies on sponsorships with local businesses and donations from the public. This financial support makes programs like The Community Tent, Kids Market, the PoP Club, and weekly live music possible, and keeps vendor fees manageable for local Vermont and Manchester farmers and growers.
