Thoughts can create tension and often that interrupts the natural flow, and we get out of balance. The intelligence of our body and mind works on its own and does not need any guidance, just letting it happen and taking a step back. We use breathing to help us take that step back so the intelligence can do its work. In this meditation workshop, we will learn to fully trust and accept the present moment as it is from the comfort of your home.

This workshop will meet Mondays, April 20, 27, May 4, 11, 18, 25.
