Take a trip down the Manchester Dorset and Granville Rail Line from the oldest marble quarry in the USA to the New York City Public Library. Moving the marble from the Norcross West Quarry down to the finishing mill in Manchester required the creation of a rail line – which we today know as the Manchester Rail Trail.
