SUNDAY, MAY 24
Grand Tasting & Culinary Showcase | 1pm- 4pm (VIP’s welcome at 12:00pm)
Location – Equinox Golf Resort & Spa
Experience the best of Vermont at the Manchester Food & Wine Festival! Sample local, regional, and international wines and spirits, enjoy gourmet bites form award winning area restaurants, attend wine seminars, shop artisan crafts, and enjoy live music, contests, and raffles. $75 pp

FRIDAY, MAY 22
VIP Preview Soirée — “A Taste of the Green Mountains” | 6:30–8:30 PM
Location: Equinox Golf Resort & Spa
An exclusive kickoff to the Wine & Food Festival featuring elevated tasting stations, curated wines, chilled seafood, chef-led carving stations, and passed hors d’oeuvres. Celebrate Vermont craftsmanship and coastal flavors while mingling with sponsors and wine purveyors. Live music and more. All VIP guests receive gift bags and early entry to the Grand Tasting on Sunday, May 24, with a Grand Tasting ticket purchase. $150 pp

Pasture Walk / Cheese Tasting | 11am- 1pm
Location – Woodlawn Creamery, Pawlet, VT
Explore Vermont’s Mettawee Valley on a two-mile self-guided farm walk, meeting Woodlawn Creamery’s Holstein herd and sampling artisanal cheeses—Alpine, Emerson, Southwind, Oxbow, and Pawlet—at scenic rest points. Learn about sustainable farming and enjoy a Vermont gift bag. Dress for walking and all weather.

Art & Wine Lunch Walk at SVAC |12pm- 2pm
Location – Southern Vermont Arts Center
Enjoy a guided lunch and art walk with curATE Café at the Southern Vermont Arts Center, pairing curated wines with creative works. Explore inspiring exhibitions while savoring bites and sips, connecting with artists, fellow guests, and the vibrant cultural landscape of Southern Vermont.

How’s it Made Brewery Experience | 2pm- 5pm
Location: Lost Marble Brewery
Step inside Manchester’s first brewery for a behind-the-scenes look at the brewing process. Explore the brew room, see the equipment up close, and meet brewmaster Shawn, who will be on hand to answer questions and share insights throughout the afternoon. FREE/No Ticket Required

Beer & Brats on the Patio with Lawson’s Finest Liquids | 3pm – 5pm
Location: Union Underground
Join us on the patio for a laid-back afternoon of great beer, delicious food, and live music . Enjoy a festive patio experience featuring brews from Lawson’s Finest Liquids, with a brewery representative on-site to share insights and stories behind the beer. Your ticket includes two beer pours and a hearty serving of classic bratwurst and sides. With live music setting the vibe and plenty of local flavor, this is a can’t-miss stop during the Manchester Food & Wine Festival weekend (because great beer deserves its moment, too!).

The Vermont Alpine Aperitif Experience |3:30pm – 5:00pm
Location: Local Maverick
The Vermont Alpine Aperitif Experience, a guided three-course tasting & pairing event that explores the intersection of alpine culture and Vermont craft beverage makers. An elevated, European-inspired tasting hour that explores how Vermont Vermouth, Cider, and Craft Spirits come together in a refined aperitif-style experience. This event combines storytelling, technique, and flavor — from botanical vermouth and orchard-driven cider to warming spirits and refined cocktail pours.

Food & Wine Pairing at Hildene’s farm in the dene | 4:30pm- 6:30pm
Location: Hildene, the Lincoln Family Home
Experience spring at Hildene Farm with farm-fresh appetizers, local wines, and scenic gardens. Explore historic grounds, meet farmers and animals, and enjoy sweeping views of the Taconic and Green Mountains.

Mediterranean Wood-Fired Dinner with Turkish Wines | 6:30pm- 8:30pm
Location: Depot 62 Cafe
Savor a unique pre-fixed dining experience at Depot 62 Café, featuring Mediterranean dishes prepared in a wood-burning oven. Each course is thoughtfully paired with Turkish wines, creating a harmonious blend of bold flavors and cultural richness for an intimate and unforgettable culinary evening with live music.

Meet the Makers – Green Mountain Graze 5:30pm- 9:00pm
Location: Barnstead Inn
Join Chef Amy Chamberlain of Amy Cooks at the boutique Barnstead Inn for an unforgettable evening of Vermont flavors. Enjoy an abundant composed central table of locally inspired dishes, passed bites, and tastings of wine, spirits, and craft brews, all while connecting with Vermont producers as they share their stories. With handcrafted food, local beverages, and meaningful interactions, it promises to be a fun, flavorful, and dynamic experience.

From First Course to Final Sip: A Dorset Dining Journey | 6:30pm- 8:30pm
Location: Barrows House Restaurant/Dorset Inn
Guests enjoy a multi-course wine pairing dinner across two iconic venues. The evening begins at Barrows House with appetizers and a seasonal entrée paired with wines, then continues at the historic Dorset Inn for dessert and after-dinner aperitifs — a flavorful celebration of food, wine, and local hospitality.
