Come learn about the Bennington County Multicultural Community Center (BCMCC) a new organization in Bennington County supporting refugees and other New Vermonters. At this event, presented by the Manchester Community Library (MCL), the BCMCC will give updates on local refugee resettlement efforts, provide information about how interested community members can get involved, and discuss the expansion of ongoing regional projects and programs. Attendees will hear from refugees who have arrived to Bennington County and staff of BCMCC.

BCMCC is a branch office of a national refugee resettlement agency. Staff at the Center help people from around the world arriving through the refugee resettlement process start new lives in the United States. The center also undertakes community projects that support not only recently arrived refugees, but which also create a more caring, connected and resilient community for all Bennington County residents.
