Hot Yoga Monday’s in Manchester
An event every week that begins at 5:30pm on Monday, repeating until February 23, 2026

Join Kait Zwagerman Tyler for Hot Yoga Flow, a challenging hour-long class blending dynamic vinyasa movement with mindful breathwork. Set in a heated room, this energizing, full-body workout helps loosen tight muscles, increase flexibility, and build strength. The warmth supports deeper movement, improves circulation, and creates a detoxifying sweat. Combined with breathwork, it’s as beneficial for stress relief and mental clarity as it is for your body, leaving you refreshed and ready for a great night’s sleep.
The class will be held at Heart of the Village Yoga in Manchester, VT. First Class at Heart of the Village Yoga is FREE with MEMS Discount Card Holders. Please arrive well hydrated and avoid large meals for at least three hours before class. If you have health concerns, we recommend checking in with your provider before attending.
About Kait:
Kait completed her first Hot Yoga training in 2013 and has been teaching yoga in Southern Vermont ever since (The Breathing Room, Manchester; Karma Cat Studio, Bennington; Green Mountain at Fox Run, Ludlow; Stratton Mountain Resort; Löle Live Out Loud Tour; The Manchester Community Library), and since 2017 at Heart of the Village Yoga in Manchester. Kait completed her 500-hour teacher training at Heart of the Village Yoga in 2018. Over the years, Kait has drawn from her range of yoga experiences—through attending, teaching, and personal practice—to weave together flows that range from fun, energetic and invigorating…to easeful, gentle and sweet. She is best known by her students for her energetic attitude, hands-on assists, and playlists.
