This is a three-day workshop, taking place on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday June 17-21 from 4 -7 PM.

Build your very own clàrsach (small harp) and learn to play it! You will spend three days building and stringing your new harp (all supplies provided!) under the direction of harper and instructor, Rachel Clemente. While you build, you will also explore the musical history of the harp that is rooted in the culture of Scotland and Ireland and how it relates to the musical traditions of New England. This workshop is open to participants ages 8 to…100! Younger attendees (ages 8 – 12) should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
