Green Mountain Academy for Lifelong Learning (GMALL) welcomes Elizabeth Coleman to lead this three-part series of conversations about arts behind the scenes. Join us on a journey as we, the audience, gain insight into the world of creativity. This is a series of conversations that enables artists to talk about their work… the inspiration and the process. This first conversation in the series features composer Allen Shawn. His work as a composer and pianist comprises a large catalogue of orchestral and chamber music, chamber operas, songs, piano music, and music for ballet, theater, and film. The second conversation, on June 13, will focus on poet Mark Wunderlich and the last, on June 20, will feature director Randolyn Zinn.
