Free Mindfulness Walking Meditation
Last Monday, Larissa Hall Carlson, M.A. led a walking meditation via Zoom as part of the free Community Mindfulness series. Missed the session? View the recorded video! Participants will need access to six feet of walking space – about the length of a yoga mat. Many thanks to Larissa for sharing her energy, spirit, and insights with us over the past several months.
