Please join attorney James Dingley for estate planning in the Green Mountain State: An Integrative Approach. The program will consist of an overview of estate planning strategies in Vermont, how to prepare for incapacity, taxes, and debunking common myths of estate planning as well estate planning for individuals and married couples with minor and college aged children.
James (Jim) Dingley has been an attorney in Vermont for 31 years. He holds an LLM Degree in Estate Planning and Elder Law from Western New England Law School, where he also teaches as an adjunct faculty member. He is currently pursuing an advanced degree in Taxation Law at Boston University School of Law. He is also serving as President of the Vermont Chapter of National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). Jim practices in Bennington.
