The Copper Grouse Restaurant & Bar, in the Kimpton Taconic Hotel, celebrate Easter with the following breakfast and dinner specials on Sunday, April 9th. The restaurant’s existing breakfast and dinner a la carte menus will also be offered. Normal operating hours are in place: Breakfast will be served on Sunday, April 9th from 8am – 12 Noon, and dinner will be served 4:30pm – 9pm.
Easter Breakfast Specials include:
– Tomato, Onion and Spinach Frittata served with a side salad
– Crab Cake Benedict
Easter Dinner Specials include:
– Prime Rib – served with truffle mash, red wine Demi and Slip Stream Farm mushrooms and broccolini
– Stuffed Delicata Squash – stuffed with beet risotto and topped with parm and crispy garbanzos; a vegetarian entree option of this dish will be offered as well
– Vanilla Cake with a berry compote and coconut glaze
