Giving back warms the heart. As part of IHG Hotels & Resorts Cozy Season, Copper Grouse Restaurant & Bar at Kimpton Taconic Hotel is pleased to support No Kid Hungry, November 5, 2024 through January 31, 2025.
This holiday season, Copper Grouse Restaurant & Bar will donate a portion of sales from Executive Chef Nicolas Houlbert’s delicious Mac & Cheese dish and the restaurant’s Ski Lodge Sipper cocktail to No Kid Hungry, an organization that is working to end child hunger in America today by ensuring that all children get the healthy food they need every day to thrive. Both menu items are inspired by the warmth of a cozy, winter chalet given the Ski Lodge Sipper is served warm and made with Diplomatico Mantuano Rum, Rye Whiskey, Lemon, Clove and Allspice Syrup and Apple Cider.
