During the month of June, the Copper Grouse Restaurant & Bar at Kimpton Taconic Hotel in Manchester, Vermont celebrates PRIDE by offering a collection of colorful weekend (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) spritzes and mimosas for adults, ages 21+ and $1.00 from the sale of each offering will be donated to support The Trevor Project’s mission to end suicide among LGBTQ+ young people.

Inspired by the colors of the PRIDE flag, the collection of spritzes and mimosas includes the following cocktail palette:
