Thanks to the generous sponsorship of Four Seasons Sotheby’s International Realty the concerts are free and open to the public. The Factory Point Town Green is located in scenic downtown Manchester, Vermont on Depot Street (Rt. 11/30), just west of the intersection with Main Street (Route 7A). Attendees are reminded to bring a lawn chair or blanket. There is no smoking on the Town Green, and dogs must be leashed at all times.
Concert Schedule
Four Seasons Sotheby’s International Realty Concerts on the Green starts on June 29th with BBA’s own Flatlanders and ends August 17th with Muddy Hollow. The Concerts start at 6:00pm and run until about 8:00pm.

The Flatlanders
June 29th
The Flatlanders are a three piece band consisting of BBA students that have been playing together for 4 years. They play a classic mix of rock and jazz at the level of experienced adults. With over 25 years of practice between these three young artists they are sure to leave you impressed and hopeful for the future of Manchester’s Musicians!

Green Brothers Band
July 6th
The Green Brother’s Band has played many concerts, events and venues in VT and New England. Their tight originals and cover tunes blend a variety of influences including Latin Jazz, R&B, Reggae. We appeal to young and old, dancers and listeners alike.

The Julie Shea Band
July 13th
The Julie Shea Band been voted best local band for the past 7 years. They are a 4 piece band. They play mostly classic rock with a little country, disco and pop mixed in. They focus on songs that will make you want to dance.

Winter Animals
July 20th
The Winter Animals have been playing together for 5 years and established a unique, yet familiar, sound they like to call Vermont Rock & Roll. Inspired by Neil Young, Bob Dylan, Grateful Dead and many more. There is something for everyone to love about this talented group of Musicians.
Hale Mountain Band
July 27th
The Hale Mountain Band is a lively and popular bluegrass band in Bennington county and surrounding areas. Their name comes from a small mountain located in Shaftsbury, Vermont, where the band originated. Their rich harmony vocals encompass toe tapping bluegrass, heartfelt gospel, as well as a touch of country tinged soft rock.

Kristian Montgomery & The Winterkill Band
August 3rd
In 2021 Kristian Montgomery and the Winterkill band had a big year. The band was nominated for the Boston music awards and New England music awards for country artist of the year. The band also recently released their new album “A Heaven for Heretics”. Kristian Montgomery and the Winterkill Band are frequently featured on WEQX.

Patrick Sargent
August 10th
Patrick Sargent currently resides in Sunderland VT and has been an avid lover of music, art, and theater his entire life. In short he is a natural performer who pursues creative expression in every way possible. Patrick has a uniquely powerful take on country, rock, RnB, and Blues that will undoubtedly entertain anyone within earshot!
Muddy Hollow

Muddy Hollow is a group of musicians playing a variety of classic rock, blues, jam and country-fried rock ‘n roll based in Southern Vermont. Available as Acoustic Duo, Trio with Bass or Foursome with Drums.
