Lisa May will be teaching a gentle Chair Yoga class on Wednesdays. Chair Yoga is practiced seated or using the chair for standing balance. The class includes stretching, balancing, easy postural strengthening, breathing and centering. This is a very accessible class – perfect for beginners and those who want to focus on a gentle yoga practice.

Lisa May is an AFAA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer/ Fitness Practitioner and NASM Certified Nutrition Coach. She has been training in Manchester, Vt and the surrounding areas for over 30 years.
