Ring in the holiday season at Kimpton Taconic Hotel where Executive Chef Nicolas Houlbert is pleased to offer several delicious dinner specials on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve. A delicious brunch will be served on New Year’s Day as well.

Hours: Dinner is served at Copper Grouse Sun-Thurs, 5pm-8:30pm and Fri-Sat, 5pm-9:00pm. Brunch is served 8am-2pm.
