Celebrate Mom and Mother’s Day at Copper Grouse Restaurant & Bar
For Mother’s Day, treat Mom to a delicious brunch and dinner at the Copper Grouse Restaurant & Bar, prepared by Executive Chef Nicolas Houlbert.
This year, brunch will be served on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 11th from 8am – 2pm, and dinner will be served from 5pm – 8:30pm.
The restaurant’s current brunch menu, which features signature favorites including Omelets, Steak & Eggs, Croque Madame, Buttermilk Pancakes, French Toast, Beef Brisket Confit Hash, Eggs Florentine and Quiche Lorraine, will be served along with the following delicious a la carte brunch specials for Mother’s Day:
– Avocado Toast, smoked salmon, poached eggs, hollandaise and zaatar, $19.00
– Lobster & Spinach Benedict, hollandaise, $24.00
– Spring Vegetable Quiche served with mixed greens with a mustard dressing, $26.00
– Waffles, vanilla whipped crème, maple syrup and berries, $19.00
In addition, Copper Grouse will also offer several Mother’s Day dinner specials including:

– Local mushroom soup, sautéed shitake & ‘nduja, $14.00
– Warm English Pea, scallion, asparagus, prosciutto and morel emulsion, $23.00
– Endive salad, avocado, orange, cucumber, glazed carrots and lemon grass coulis, $19.00
Main Courses:
– Bone-in mousseline stuffed chicken breast, asparagus, English Peas and scallion, $39.00
– Seared Filet of Fluke, braised endives and ramps, roasted tomato sauce, $42.00
– Portabella Steak, asparagus, quinoa English Pea and morel emulsion, $34.00
