Holiday 4 course dinner with Amy Chamberlain.
Hometown proud here in Manchester, we have Amy with her lifetime of cooking under her belt. She is a New England Culinary Institute graduate and entrepreneur, starting her own Chef Owned and Operated business, The Perfect Wife Restaurant & Tavern in 1996. Amy has appeared an impressive FIVE times on Food Network, and has won the VT Chamber of Commerce “Chef of the Year” award. She is a firm supporter of local agriculture and locally produced foods and has been featured at Barnstead many times!
APPETIZER:
Baked Onion Soup with Crostini and Three Cheeses, or
Sautéed Crab Cake with Greens and Remoulade Sauce
SALAD:
Shaved Brussels Sprouts and Romaine Salad with Preserved Lemon Caesar Dressing and Cornbread Croutons (Vinaigrette available)
ENTRĒE:
Pan Roasted Sea Bass with Romesco Sauce, Ratatouille and Farro Pilaf, or
Bacon Wrapped Filet of Beef with Wild Mushroom Demi, Creamy Horseradish Potatoes and Sauteed Veggies
DESSERT:
Death by Chocolate- A layered dessert with mousse, whipped cream and chocolate cake, or
Orange Olive Oil Cake with Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream
