Please join us for our Pop-Up Dinner with Amy Chamberlain on February 11th from 5:30-8:30 pm. The following is the menu for the evening:

Starter
Muffuletta Panzanella – A bread salad with all the flavors of a New Orleans muffuletta sandwich.
Second Course
Crawfish Monica – If you have been to Jazz Fest, you know about it. A creamy macaroni with crawfish tails and Cajun seasoning.
Main course
Smoked Sausage and Duck Gumbo – A rich, dark and flavorful stew of authentic smoked Cajun sausage, duck and sauteed aromatic vegetables and spices. Served with a side salad and corn bread.
OR
Shrimp and Crab Etouffee – A Creole Stew with tomatoes and aromatic veggies and served with white rice.
Dessert
Bananas Foster with Vanilla Ice Cream – The classic New Orleans dessert of sauteed bananas with butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and rum and served with vanilla ice cream.
