An Insider’s Look at the Affordable Heat Act (Act 18)

As Director of Government Affairs for the Vermont Fuel Dealers Association, Matt Cota keeps a close watch on legislation and regulations in the home heating space. He currently serves on the Technology Advisory Committee for the State of Vermont that is developing rules around Act 18. Matt will present an overview of the Global Warming Solutions Act and the Affordable Heat Act and the current status of implementation of this legislation.
