The 50-album body of work of award-winning singer-songwriter Judy Collins defies categorization and spans genres. Her rendition of Joni Mitchell’s “Both Sides Now,” from her landmark album Wildflowers, earned her international fame in 1967 and led to her first Grammy Award. Since the 1960s, she has continued to inspire audiences with her passionate social activism and imaginative interpretations of traditional and contemporary folk standards, as well her own poetic songwriting. Also an accomplished painter, filmmaker, record label head, music mentor, and speaker, Judy Collins lights up the stage.
The box office opens at 7 p.m. Please bring a print or digital copy of your tickets. The performance will be held in the 400-seat venue, Arkell Pavilion, on the Southern Vermont Arts Center’s campus.
