Author and pop culture historian Marty Gitlin will show snippets of such classics as The Wizard of Oz, Gone With the Wind, To Kill a Mockingbird, Breakfast at Tiffany’s, The Graduate, The Godfather, One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, Jaws, The Color Purple, Shawshank Redemption, Jurassic Park, Forrest Gump, and Wicked. Marty will play film-adaptation trivia with patrons along the way. Marty will have autographed and personalized copies of his books available after the program.
