Announcing the second dinner of the 2020 season
Chef Amy Blaise Chamberlain, the former owner and chef of the Perfect Wife Restaurant, will prepare a four course dinner served in the beautiful Conservatory at The INN at Ormsby Hill for the second season of our Cookbook and Wine Pairing Dinner Series.

Soupe a L’oignon, Maison
Homemade French Onion Soup
Mousselines de Poisson a la Marechale
Fish Mousselines with Beurre Blanc, Creamed Mushrooms and Asparagus
Salad Compose Vinaigrette
Composed Salad in French Vinaigrette
Biscuit Roule a L’orange et aux Amandes
Orange and Almond Sponge with Fresh Strawberry Filling
All courses paired with delicious wines.

Chef Amy will discuss the preparation of each course and our guest sommelier will discuss the wines chosen for each course.
Dinner will be served on Thursday – Feb 20, Mar 19, April 23 and May 21 – The cookbook and wine pairing dinner can be booked only by phone for these dates. Price of the dinner is $95 per person (includes tax and gratuities.)
The Cookbook Dinner and Wine Paring event does not require an overnight stay and can be booked separately – Please call the inn at 802.362.1163 to make dinner reservations. Payment is required at time of reservation.
