Join us for a classic summer barbecue where Chef Ian will be covering various techniques for mastering the art of grilling. The menu includes a medley of fresh local vegetables, grilled chicken and beef steaks. Time and temperatures will be discussed to ensure safety and appropriate doneness. The meal will be served with homemade coleslaw, potato and fruit salads. A seated dinner with wine and beer will follow the instruction. Space is limited; pre-registration is required.
