Zoey’s Double Hex

From the time it first opened in the early 1970s, the Double Hex Restaurant made a burger you just couldn’t refuse. Today there are nearly twenty variations on the menu; from the classic “Big John” burger (after the original owner) to the decadent “Holy Moly,” topped with coleslaw and onion rings, slathered with signature sauce. But Chef Bob’s menu doesn’t stop with burgers. He mixes the Hex traditions up with beautiful salads, vegetarian options, and traditional dinner plates that reflect his style, with an emphasis on local ingredients. Great microbrews on tap, delicious homemade desserts, and children’s menu available. In the summer season, seating is available on the screened in porch. Expect prompt friendly service and a classic American menu. And, like at our favorite bookstore, you can charge your electric car right there in the parking lot!
