Fortuna’s is family owned and operated by Patti Fortuna-Stannard, her husband Paul, and Chris–their son and 4th generation sausage maker. It’s Chris you’ll meet at their new market on Main Street in Manchester. Chris can share the company’s story, make recommendations, and point you in the direction of amazing family recipes while you shop specialty products, imported treats, and taste daily samples.
The company’s signature salami is SOUPY® — a Calabrese soppressata made to the same exacting standards set by Patti’s grandparents almost 100 years ago. Like all of the Fortuna sausages, they’re all-natural, nitrate free, and made with humanely-raised pork. No GMOs. No artificial flavorings. Just tried and true techniques and a whole lot of love.
